Radiant Feminine - Embodiment & Cacao Ceremony
Welcome to a ceremony dedicated to nurturing the feminine aspect and spark her Radiance. The multiple layers of this women's gathering will be infused with ancient practices and mystical rituals to guide us back to a resourceful and harmonious existence in tune with the feminine principle. The intend is to reveal a deeper, subtle and truer perception of ourselves, an exploration of our innate innocence, the feminine and masculine within and the seed of inner power. Imagine a supportive brave space where we gather to listen, amplify, SOFTEN, empower and become more in acceptance, a tiny bit more in love with ourself. When a woman meets and embraces her depth and her wild, mysterious, playful… all of her aspects, she is more likely to dance her dance as a RADIANT, whole, creative, resourced intuitive being.
Our journey will begin with a delicious alchemy of Cacao Rose Bobinsana Ceremony to invite us gently inwards, to slow down, to explore the hidden corners of our heart, to give us permission to melt into our inner SOFTNESS and prepare us to REWILD the pulse of our Essence. Bobinsana - a master plant, a teacher which melts and expands the heart space and our belonging, generous love.
Anita will guide all women through cherished ancient Taoist Feminine arts practices and rituals to cleanse, replenish and harmonise us on all levels for emotional healing, embodiment, presence and vitality. Living in tune with the feminine principle means syncing with the current potency of the Autumn season - the METAL Element, which is inviting us to explore, widen and refine our level of self-esteem, integrity and COURAGE, our ability to move forward, to let go (embrace) and forgive, to liberate the heart. When in disharmony this energy may manifest itself as sadness, loneliness, separation, disappointment, grief for missed opportunities and loss, it sinks us down, we may feel disconnected, “small” or incapable to spread our wings, therefore our heart can feel contracted, painful, not deserving.

The Heart is the first gateway and the positive pole in the female body, through our heart we serve, nurture, radiate our gifts out in the world.
The Womb space is the home of our mysterious waters, awakening our instinct and intuition, our deep wisdom from the depths - the portal from which humanity enters the world.

Anita Nova is a certified Tao tantra and Medical Qigong facilitator, Intimacy coach, Rebirthing Breathworker and Somatic Therapist. Her approach is trauma informed, and she holds space with gentleness and strong presence for one’s most brave transformation, expansion and remembrance of our original essence. Well known on the island with her exquisite ceremonies and culinary artistry through @sacred_anita , she also works successfully with women, men and couples guiding them back into their vital, multilayered expression, rewiring the nervous system for deeper and more fulfilling love.
