Radiant Feminine - Embodiment & Cacao Ceremony
Welcome to a ceremony dedicated to nurturing the feminine aspect and spark her Radiance. The multiple layers of this women's gathering will be infused with ancient practices and mystical rituals to guide us back to a resourceful and harmonious existence in tune with the feminine principle. The intend is to reveal a deeper, subtle and truer perception of ourselves, an exploration of our innate innocence, the feminine and masculine within and the seed of inner power. Imagine a supportive brave space where we gather to listen, amplify, SOFTEN, empower and become more in acceptance, a tiny bit more in love with ourself. When a woman meets and embraces her depth and her wild, mysterious, playful… all of her aspects, she is more likely to dance her dance as a RADIANT, whole, creative, resourced intuitive being.
The journey will begin with delicious blend of Cacao and Lotus to invite us gently inwards, to slow down, ground, to explore the hidden corners of our heart and senses. Anita will guide all women through cherished ancient Taoist Feminine practices and rituals to cleanse, replenish and harmonise us on all levels for energetic cultivation, emotional maturity, depth, presence and vitality. Living in tune with the feminine principle means also syncing with the current potency of the Spring season - according to the Chinese Medicine Tradition the Wood element is at play, which is inviting us to explore, widen and refine our level of patience, kindness and slow stable growth. When in disharmony it may manifest itself as frustration, judgement, resentment, anger, resulting in low libido, painful lower back, disharmony in the reproductive system and uncomfortable peri-/menopausal symptoms.
Together we will remember to love our unique process as it is, alchemize, refine and walk this shared path of remembrance with reverence and gentleness.

Her approach is trauma informed, and she holds space with gentleness and strong presence for one’s most brave transformation and remembrance. Well known on the island with her exquisite ceremonies @sacred_anita , she mentors successfully women, men and couples guiding them back into their vital, multilayered expression, rewiring the nervous system for deeper and more fulfilling relating and love.
